Promotoras in Luna County

DEMING — During 2022, the Luna County Health Council contracted with community health workers (promotoras de salud) for a community outreach project. A planning meeting at the Luna County Courthouse in February drew 22 community members and representatives from 10 local governments and agencies, according to a project report.
